Jeremy and I had a much needed date night on Saturday and went to a new restaurant in Dubuque, but one we've been to before in Galena, Vinny Vanucchi's. It's a great Italian restaurant with a casual, but nice atmosphere. I had a great chicken, pasta dish with a semi spicy olive oil sauce and Jeremy had a creamy seafood dish. Very good and great to get away, although I felt kinda bad leaving the babysitter with a little guy just getting a cold. We had a few drinks at the bar downstairs and made it home early.
