Easter Weekend

Braylen and I left Jeremy (dad) this weekend to spend a nice weekend with my family! It was so fun and the weather was GREAT. We left Thursday and got to mom's work around 3:30 so she could show a little someone off! On Friday mom, Nana, and I (or as Braylen knows them plain, ole regular Nana and Super Nana) went to Pine Lakes, the location of our family reunion this summer. It was a HOT day and I took Braylen's socks off and he was able to sit in the grass for the first time!!! He hung out at Mandi and Andriy's that night and had lots of fun, I think they got some good experience babysitting too, dirty diapers and all!! We spent Saturday waiting for Jess and Clint to arrive, which they didn't until later that night, but Braylen kept asking when they would be here!! Sunday morning we went to Easter mass and then to the Scott's for Easter celebration. Braylen got an AWESOME Easter basket with lots of goodies, pictures to come! The trip home was long and boring, but we made it home with a little time left for Jeremy to play with Braylen, for Braylen to pee on himself and take a bath and then to bed for a FULL night's sleep! Whew, what a weekend! We will miss seeing everyone, but can't wait until we have visitors in Dubuque soon!!
