Braylen's 7 months old

I'm thinking of putting on rock on Bray's head to keep him from growing, this is crazy! He's so big and having lots of fun in the new house. There's been no more new advances with crawling, he really doesn't love his tummy, and I'm fine with this! The less mobile he is, the better! He is now eating peas, mango, avocado, banana, green beans, sweet potatoes and Gerber puffs. His favorites are sweet potatoes and bananas. He's working on hand to mouth with his food and sippy cup, so far he's doing OK, but needs lots of help still! There has been a momma noise that has escaped his mouth more than a few times, but no correlation to me and momma. Sitting is so easy for him now and flipping over is also pretty regular when he's laying on his back. He has 2 teeth and loves biting and cuddling with his burp rag. We obviously love him more every day and can't believe how cute he continues to get. I think he gets approx 1 million kisses from me daily and also gives me a number of kisses back. Just moved in and already planting!!

We planted a little early this year, we were excited to get the house looking bright and cheery with potted flowers! We have a few things we've planted in the landscaping, but these are our first pots. We wanted to get most of this done before my party this weekend, so here we are before Mother's Day planting away. Oh, and the tractor is Jeremy new toy!!!

We had such a busy weekend, but it was wonderful to have such great help moving and GREAT babysitters!! Braylen had a fun time and I think once Sunday came was already having Nana and Papa withdraws. The New House

We're finally done with moving and pretty well done with putting things on the walls! Here are some pics of the new place. Sorry we don't have pics of Bray's room, he was sleeping when I took these. We really love the house and feel very at home here, although there are a few things we need to put away and do, we're feeling pretty good about everything. Moving day

Today is moving day. Jeremy did some work last night with some fabulous helpers, but today is "the day"! I took a few pictures, the new basement bedroom in our old house, Braylen's last morning at the house and us before I left for work! I'm working 1/2 day and then plan to go to the house to clean!! Can't wait to get to the new house. Jeremy will be well adjusted being there most of last night and today, but I won't be going until every thing's done at the old house, he'll have to give me a tour. I'll feel more able to get things moving at the new house when the old is done! Can't wait for everyone to visit!

New tricks

Now that Braylen is almost 7 months, I've noticed lots about him changing and becoming "older". He just started smiling for the camera when I take his pictures, needless to say I take double the amount of pictures that I used to! He has recently found his penis and enjoys grabbing at is when his diaper is off. He has yet to pee on himself, while holding it, but I'm just waiting... Bath time is still a joy for him and us, he splashes like crazy and just about empties his tub before he's done. I must say, he's almost outgrown his baby tub, so at the new house he'll be in a BIG tub for the first time! His hair has been growing, growing, growing, at least his baby hair! We had to make a trip to Grandma's for an official haircut. He's so handsome now! We also had a visit with Braylen's favorite friend, Nora. She was so funny squealing and screaming, he was just staring at her. Abby was doing a Braylen voice over and he was thinking, "Nora you're such a baby, why are you doing all of these baby things? I'm a big boy, I don't do that stuff!" Braylen's new toy
