Nana and Leah's visit

Jessica and Clint had a canoeing trip up north and came through Dubuque with Nana and Leah! We got to spend the weekend with our favorite Leah and Braylen's favorite Nana.  We went for a boat ride with Braylen on Saturday and stuck mom at home with Leah and baby Haley.  I know she was happy to help, but I think it got a little hectic at times! We really had a nice weekend and it was fun playing and spending time with Nana and Leah.

Smiling is my favorite

I cannot get enough of these smiles!!  It seems that as soon as Miss Haley learned to curl her mouth up just so, she has not stopped.  Occasionally she'll frown or be sad, but that is very seldom.  She is such a precious little girl and I think Jeremy thinks I'm crazy because daily I tell him how much I adore her!!  I believe my adoration is slightly obvious!

Smiles!!

I got a few precious smiles out of Haley this morning.  They were adorably sweet and a sign that she is getting bigger and recognizing new things everyday!  I love her even more today than yesterday, is this possible?

I made a new costume for Bray, he's been enjoying his new role as head Firefighter of the house!  Haley's chair is his fire truck. 

4 weeks

Haley Marie is 1 month old and I'm astonished, I want to keep her this small for at least a year!  It is going so fast and so far my maternity leave has felt more like vacation!!  Braylen has been adjusting so well to the role of big brother and Jeremy and I are taking our respective roles with both kiddos to spread the love and spend our time equally with both.  I was slightly afraid after having a breeze of a baby like Braylen, our next would be a challenge. I was so wrong, thus far.  Haley is so laid back, dare I even say more than Braylen, her only "thing" is when she's unhappy, we all know it!  I think that's more girl than anything else!!  We are slightly more difficult than the boys!! Along with smiling at me, Haley also began talking to me, her sweet little voice melts my heart!

Talls and Smalls

Today both kids were home so we decided to do another double photo shoot.  I don't think I can ever get a single shot of Haley with Braylen home, he wants to be a part of every picture!  Here are the cuties.

Bath time

Both of my babies love bath time and Haley loves bedtime, although Bray not so much!  Braylen asked me to take a few pics of him brushing his teeth, anything to get him to brush his teeth!!
